1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Watisale (https://watisale.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

2. Description of Service

Watisale provides AI employee workflows, WhatsApp outreach automation, voice agents, and customer engagement tools. Features include campaign scheduling, contact list management, template spintax generation, and real-time inbox monitoring.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to use Watisale strictly in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements:

• Consent & Permission: You must have explicit consent or a valid business relationship with all recipients on your contact lists before initiating outreach.
• Anti-Spam Compliance: You may not use Watisale to transmit unsolicited spam, deceptive messages, harassment, or malicious content.
• Opt-Out Honor: You must respect recipient opt-out requests immediately using our opt-out management system or automated keyword triggers (e.g., “STOP”).
• WhatsApp Terms: You must adhere to Meta / WhatsApp Business policies and terms of service.

4. Google Account, Authentication & Third-Party Services

By connecting your Google account or authenticating via Google OAuth with Watisale, you agree to the following enterprise terms:

• Authentication & Account Identity: When you register or sign in using Google Auth, you authorize Watisale to retrieve and store your name, email address, profile photo (avatar URL), and Google account ID to establish and maintain your user account.
• Google Services Integrations: When you connect Google services (e.g., Google Sheets for contact list synchronization or Google Calendar for appointment booking), you grant Watisale permission to access only the specific resources you explicitly configure within the platform.
• Scope Authorization & Revocation: Watisale operates on a least-privilege basis. You may disconnect connected Google accounts or revoke access permissions at any time directly in your Watisale Settings or via your Google Security Permissions.
• Policy Compliance: Watisale’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, Google authentication sessions, and connected WhatsApp session tokens. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security compromise.

6. Subscription & Quotas

Watisale offers Free and Paid tiers with designated monthly message sending limits and contact storage quotas. Exceeding tier quotas may require upgrading to a higher plan or contacting support.

7. Limitation of Liability

Watisale is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. In no event shall Watisale or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, message delivery delays, or third-party service provider disruptions.

8. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms or suspend accounts found in violation of our acceptable use policies at our sole discretion. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
