  • Contact & Audience Data: Phone numbers, contact names, custom fields, tags, and metadata uploaded or imported to your contact lists for campaign execution.
  • Connected Account Data: WhatsApp instance identifiers, session tokens, and webhook payloads required to relay messages through your linked devices.
  • Communications Data: Message templates, AI agent conversation transcripts, campaign logs, timestamps, delivery statuses, and inbound replies.

3. Google Services Integration & API Usage

“Watisale uses your Google account to securely connect the Google services you choose, such as Google Sheets and Google Calendar, to your Watisale automation workflows. We only access the information necessary to provide the features you authorize.”

When you connect your Google Account to Watisale workflows or use Google-powered integrations:

  • Google Sheets Integration: With your permission, Watisale accesses designated Google Spreadsheets to read, sync, or append recipient contact rows, audience attributes, and message custom variables for campaign execution.
  • Google Calendar Integration: With your permission, Watisale queries calendar availability and creates or manages appointment bookings agreed upon during automated AI voice calls and WhatsApp customer conversations.
  • Granular Scopes: We request only the minimum required OAuth scopes needed to execute your specific automation workflows. You can disconnect or revoke Watisale's access at any time via your Watisale Integrations dashboard or through your Google Security Account Permissions.

4. Google API Limited Use Compliance

Watisale's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

  • We only use Google user data to provide and improve user-facing features prominent in Watisale's user interface.
  • We do not transfer Google user data to third parties unless necessary to provide or improve these user-facing features, comply with applicable laws, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with explicit user notice.
  • We do not use or transfer Google user data for serving advertisements, including personalized, re-targeted, or interest-based advertising.
  • We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have obtained your affirmative agreement for specific messages/files, it is strictly necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or for platform troubleshooting with anonymized/aggregated logs.
  • We do not use Google Workspace or user data to train, retrain, or fine-tune generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.

5. How We Use Your Information

Your information is processed for lawful business purposes including:

  • Providing, maintaining, and optimizing our outreach automation and AI agent platform.
  • Executing WhatsApp campaigns, voice agent calls, and direct messaging workflows on your behalf.
  • Authenticating user access, populating user profile information, preventing fraud, and enforcing security policies.
  • Processing billing transactions and subscription quotas.
  • Delivering customer support and platform status notifications.

6. Data Ownership & Customer Content

You retain full ownership of all contact lists, templates, and message content uploaded or synced to Watisale. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your contact lists, Google account data, or audience data to third parties under any circumstances.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

We may utilize trusted third-party infrastructure providers to support platform functionality (e.g., Supabase for database storage, Railway for container hosting, and payment processors). These providers process data strictly in compliance with our confidentiality and security requirements.

8. Security & Data Protection

We implement enterprise-grade technical safeguards including TLS/SSL encryption for data in transit, encrypted storage for authentication secrets and OAuth tokens, row-level security (RLS) database policies, and regular security reviews.

9. Your Rights, Data Deletion & Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction (such as GDPR or CCPA), you have the right to access, rectify, export, or delete your personal data. You may request account or data deletion at any time by reaching out to our support team. When you delete your account, all associated Google OAuth tokens and synced integration data are permanently purged from our active systems.
